Other important official transcript request information
- Transcript processing time is five (5) business days from the time the request is received in the Student Payment Office.
- Selecting 鈥淪end Now鈥� as the delivery time on your official request means the transcript will be sent as is at the time the order is placed. If you want your transcript held until grades are finalized or a degree is posted, be sure to select 鈥淗old for Grades鈥� or 鈥淗old for Degree鈥�
- Requests to hold transcripts until after grades are posted will take approximately one week from the time grades are viewable through .
- Requests to hold transcripts until after degrees are posted will go out approximately five weeks after grades first appear on .
- If no degree is earned after choosing 鈥淗old for Degree鈥� on your request, please email [email protected] regarding how you鈥檇 like your order to be processed.
- DO NOT put a credit card number on the paper form if it is being mailed in. Write in 鈥淐all me for credit card information鈥� instead of supplying the number on the paper form. It is much more secure for our Student Payment Office to call you to get the number. Be sure to provide a current working telephone number that can be reached during the business hours of 8:00 AM-4:30PM. Once payment is completed, we will process your transcript request.
