探花视频 is offering a series of free summer camps for high school-aged students.
Women in Aviation Camp 鈥揂 summer camp for young women ages 15-19 who are interested in learning more about aviation and aerospace careers. Students will the have a chance to operate a flight simulator and experience a 鈥淒iscovery鈥� flight聽in one of LSC鈥檚 aircraft. Talks by聽women working in the aviation industry and career exploration will be provided.聽Tours of local aviation industries, and the airbase are also planned.
Robotics Camp 鈥� Build a working聽robot! Campers will work in teams at 探花视频鈥檚 Downtown Center to assemble robots, using kits and onsite manufacturing tools and equipment. Guest speakers will talk about jobs in manufacturing and educational pathways.
Fire Fighting Camp 鈥揈ver wonder what it would be like to be a firefighter? Campers will explore fire-fighting equipment, techniques, and career options. 聽Come explore the world of fire fighting.
